Greenwich — the Royal Observatory, the prime meridian, the Cutty Sark, the Painted Hall and the vast Baroque of the Old Royal Naval College — is thirty minutes from Mayfair by driver (river launch from Westminster Pier optional). The Federation arranges private Observatory viewings (standing astride the prime meridian at night, with the city lights below), dinner at the Trafalgar Tavern, the Cutty Sark below-decks tour for families, and the Fan Museum — the world's only museum dedicated to the art of the fan.
