FFGRウェブサイトおよび連盟の組織的サービスの利用を規定する法的条件。
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the FFGR website and the Federation’s services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its services.
Mission of the Federation
FFGR is the French Federation of Luxury Transportation. It represents, federates and certifies professionals of excellence in prestige mobility, concierge and protection, in France and worldwide. It is not itself a transport operator.
Membership & candidacy
Membership and candidacy requests are subject to review and confirmation by the Federation. Acceptance is at the Federation’s discretion and may require an audit against its charter.
Confidentiality
The Federation upholds a strict confidentiality charter. Member, candidate and partner information is not disclosed to third parties except as required for the Federation’s mission or by law.
Limitation of liability
The Federation’s liability is limited to its institutional role. It is not liable for the services provided by its members, candidates or partners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
