Membership process
Four mandatory steps to study your application
The form, the charter, the supporting documents and the payment are all required for your application to be reviewed.

Complete the form
Fill in your company and contact details. All members are legal entities operating in luxury chauffeured transport.

Accept the Charter
Read and accept the FFGR Charter, Internal Regulations and Code of Conduct — the standards every member upholds.

Provide supporting documents
Upload your Kbis, VTC operator licence, insurance certificate and bank details directly with your application.
04
Settle the membership fee
Once your file is validated, you receive a secure payment link for the annual fee of €5,000. Your application is then studied by the Federation.
Annual membership
A membership scaled to your structure
Membership is per company. The annual fee scales with your size (fleet and staff). The fee is settled after your application is validated.
