The label rests on a process of audit, assessment and recognition carried out by the Federation. It honours a standard lived day to day, rather than a mere checklist of prerequisites.

Etiquette & protocol

The Process
From application to recognition
Application
The professional or operator submits an application to the Federation and presents their activity, experience and references.
Audit
The Federation conducts a thorough assessment: service practices, security, presentation and compliance with the framework standards.
Certification
Following a favourable assessment, the “Luxury Chauffeur Certified France” label is awarded, attesting to the level of excellence achieved.
Recognition
The label is entered into the Federation network. It is sustained over time through continued rigour and regular monitoring.
Training is delivered through IFGR
Preparation for the label and the development of skills are built on IFGR, the Federation's training institute: protocol, defensive security, languages and standards of excellence. Training builds the level; the label recognises it.
