Membership process
Four mandatory steps to study your application
The form, the charter, the supporting documents and the payment are all required for your application to be reviewed.

Complete the form
Fill in your company details, or your own if you are an independent chauffeur joining as an individual, and those of your contact. Every member works in luxury chauffeured transport.

Accept the Charter
Read and accept the FFGR Charter, Internal Regulations and Code of Conduct: the standards every member upholds.

Provide supporting documents
Upload your documents with your application: company register extract, VTC operator licence, insurance certificate and bank details for a company; identity document, VTC professional card and insurance certificate for an independent chauffeur joining as an individual.

Pay the membership fee
The payment method is shown right after you submit your file, according to the plan you choose: from €120 to €790 a year (or €12 a month for the Independent plan), on proposal for Signature. Your application is then reviewed by the Federation. If your application is declined, your membership fee is refunded in full.

Leading houses and multi-city networks, on proposal from the Federation.
The Signature plan includes
- •Top placement in the Federation directory, in the cities where you operate, with a notice that the placement reflects your membership plan.
- •A membership number that anyone can check on the Federation's website.
- •Digital professional cards for each of your employed chauffeurs, issued from your member space.
- •Member rates at the Federation's Institute (IFGR) for you and your chauffeurs.
- •A fee agreed with the Federation according to the size of your network, between €5,000 and €12,000 a year.
Opening offer
Any membership registered before 31 January 2027 keeps its first-year fee for the next two renewals.
